The Third Floor

You are invited to THE THIRD FLOOR Visualization Studio, for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at how professional Visualization Teams support some of the most ambitious filmmakers and designers around the world.  Simply put, Visualization Artists help creators prototype and iteratively improve their creative visions extremely rapidly.  In many cases, changes to the visualization can happen in real-time, giving all the stakeholders great foresight, which helps enhance collaboration and optimize the results on screen. Session attendees will learn about the history of visualization technology over the past 2 decades, leading to the latest game-engine-driven applications leveraging VR & AR. Many Visualization tools and workflows play an important role in helping crews prepare for in-camera VFX shoots on LED volumes.  Several case studies will be presented, featuring productions such as Apple’s For All Mankind: Season 3 and FOX’s Avatar: The Way of Water.  After the presentations, guests will be invited to try some of TTF’s real-time applications, and mingle with subject matter experts.

Attendees will get a thorough look at the vast uses of virtual production on sets of varying sizes. Through real-life case studies, they will learn how TTF's visualization tools can help any project from the earliest days of pre-production to the final days before its release. Finally, we will give the attendees an overview on visualization and how our artists help bring a director's vision to life.
